Cannot login with New World Studio

I have reserved a sim (twice), downloaded the .NET package, and downloaded New World Studio (also 2 times)
When I try to login all I get is a popup window:

Login error : check your avartar name and password.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Capt,

I checked your account and it was not marked as active for New World Studio. This is now fixed. You should be able to login and use New World Studio.
