General guidelines for your nws or any opensim personal server

Hi I found this and its pretty well written and lists all the pitfalls of hosting a sim or set of sims on your pc.   I am seeing a lot of people trying to push their pcs as if they are running it on a proper backbone with the bandwidth to handle complicated networks.    

The reality is any NWS installed on a pc that you simply have a regular isp account with is going to be limited by the bandwidth your isp allows you.    Here is a good write up of the "bewares" and minimum specifications needed to get a studio running.
