How does one put her mega sim onto the new world map?

Hi Everyone.

I have tried to register my sim by following the directions. "click the map and register" But the link is not working for the map. Another web page with the date of 2010 on top says there is some sort of error going on with Fire Fox and internet explorer updates, that is being worked on. But that was 2010.

Is there another way to get my sim registered and placed on the new world grid?

Please let me know.

Hi Olivia,

Registration on the map was the old system ; when NWS was a region of NWGrid.
Now, our NWS is a small grid with hypergrid teleport. We need not to register ; only to install the NWStudio, open ports and create loopback.

Thank you Caudius! I installed NWStudio, I am guessing all the ports are open as the green lights are on. How do I create a loopback? How do I get to the land when logged into NWG?

To go on your nWStudio from NWG, you do create a hypergrid link :
(example, my IP is 90.33.128.65)

In first you type: secondlife://
you add your IP: 90.33.128.65:
you add the port of your firs region: 9000
you finish with : /
entire sentence: secondlife://90.33.128.65:9000/

----

If you use a dns, you do the name of first region of NWStudio and ":" after the port :
(example: region name is Welcome - dns name is my-world.fr)

entire sentence: secondlife://my-world.fr:9000:9000:Welcome/

NB:

You do to type the sentense in chat ; after you click on. This create a hypergrid teleport window similare at a classic teleport window :)
