Voice chat on NWG

  I have enabled voice chat under my preferences but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working..Any suggestions

what viewer do you use ? We recommand Imprudence 1.3.2 but it works for many people with most recent versions of it.

Try to close all other programs running on your computer before running the viewer (specially skype or msn, but also sometimes the browsers). And be sure to not have another viewer already running.
You can reopen them after, once you will be in world and having the voice.
If it still doesn't work, try to go on another region like the sandbox. The voice is not working on the Welcome area to simplify when we help people in other languages, but it is set everywhere else.
If you hear guitar, that means it works (guitar plays if you are alone on a region with the voice activated).
And if you still have nothing, try to restart your computer before running the viewer again (always without any other program running until you have the voice in world or the guitar).
